My mission is to craft simple digital interfaces that allow people to get the most out of their interactions and live their everyday lives in the best way possible.
My practice intersects where art meets technology, designing human-centric experiences that are underpinned by elegant code that is adaptable to the quickly changing landscape of consumer technology. I seek to utilise lean design thinking practices to create intuitive things and tools people see through their (mostly pocket-sized) screens. I have been a key team member in a number of collaborative digital transformation projects for TAFE NSW, Charles Sturt University and Westfund Health Insurance. All of the projects I have worked on have had the common goal of taking advantage of emerging technologies, applying them to unique businesses and packaging it all up so it makes the most sense for the humans who need to use it.
I spend my time outside of work experimenting with new ideas and enjoying the successes and failures that life brings. Whether it be trying out a new gardening technique, cooking a recipe I haven’t tried before or making up a new dance with my young daughter in our lounge room. I mostly always bounce back and do it better the next time and it’s definitely better with company.
I really really love what I do.
